Healthcare Application Journey Map

SCOPE OF WORK

Working as a UX consultant I was brought into a sales pitch for a healthcare customer who needed to improve their application and user experience. After my interview of the sales division, I drew up the user journey from his description of the application process. This journey mapping helped define our proposal of features (that increased UX) that would need to be built, improved and considered in the final RFP.
