Power Outage Mobile App
SCOPE OF WORK
Utilities client was having issues communicating externally to their customers when a outage occurred. The existing notification was outdated and hard to navigate. I needed to quickly propose a few new features that would help customers get the most out of a new app. A quick dive into some user research surfaced the main areas to highlight in the prototype app and the key features that allowed users to geolocate outages, socially share and subscribe to updates.
