My background is in advertising design, where I learned what actually sells. A mix of creativity and commerce shaped my career across agencies, consultancies, and incubators, including 7 years at PayPal scaling design at a global level. As a true player/coach: I enjoy filling gaps, inspiring teams, and digging into research to uncover the human barriers that hold users back.
I build teams that trust each other, cross-train, and push for smarter collaboration. I lean into what design does best, facilitate ideas, craft experiences, and move businesses forward. And at the highest level, I create vision narratives that help leadership see where we’re going so they give us time to get there.
